Following on from the success of the recent tap dance workshop, the committee is delighted to announce that Deirdre Browne will be back again on Sunday August 29th for another tap workshop.
We are also hosting a choral workshop on Sunday Sept.5th. This will be given by Mary Rose McNally from Thurles. Mary Rose has been nominated by AIMS numerous times for best musical director and is well known to AIMS Summer school . Mary Rose is one of the best in her field in this country. The forthcoming workshop will be a fantastic opportunity for all of our cast members to prepare themselves for our 2011 production Thoroughly Modern Millie.
Both workshops will run for 3 hours from 3pm to 6pm and will cost 15 euro per person per workshop.
Everyone who hopes to go on stage with us next year should avail of this opportunity to improve both singing and dancing skills.
We expect a lot of interest in both workshops so if you are coming along please put your name on the message board on the WORKSHOP THREAD asap.
